Sealed tenders addressed to the Director General School of Biological Sciences shall be received up to 06-04-2020 (01:00pm) and shall be opened by the Institutional Purchase Committee on the same day at 02:30pm in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who may wish to attend.

The earnest money at the rate of 2% of the estimated cost in shape of Deposit at Call in the name of Director General of SBS, Lahore must accompany with the offer, failing which the offer will be rejected.

(i)	The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.
(ii)	The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but shall not be required to justify those grounds.
(iii)	Tender documents will be issued immediately from the date of publish the tender.
